Effective 2/1/24, The Adoption fee is $50 for our cats & kittens.
Senior cats (age 11 and older) & cats with special needs have an adoption fee of $35.
The adoption fee covers:
vaccinations
de-worming
feline leukemia testing
FIV testing
spaying or neutering
microchip
To expedite the adoption process, we suggest you print and complete the ADOPTION APPLICATION before planning a visit. Completed applications can be dropped off or emailed to us at adoptions@catwelfareassoc.org.
If you live in a rental, please have a copy of your lease available, or bring good contact information for your landlord. Please note that if a pet deposit is required, we must have proof that the deposit has been paid.
Please note that an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letter does not guarantee adoption approval.
We offer a 30-day health guarantee and return policy, but we will always take back our cats if for some reason the adoptive parent can no longer care for them. However, after the 30 day period, no refunds or exchanges can be made. All of our cats are spayed/neutered before they are adopted out. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and debit cards for payment.
